为交流当前国内外光伏产业技术与光伏发电技术进展，探讨当前世界和中国光伏产业与太阳能发电市场持续发展所需要的技术发展战略，由江西省科学技术协会和南昌大学等单位主办，我院承办的“光伏科学技术发展国际研讨会”（International Symposium on Development of Photovoltaic Science and Technology）将于2009年12月16日-19日在江西省新余市召开。此次研讨会主题为：支撑光伏产业与太阳能发电市场可持续发展的光伏科学技术发展。届时澳大利亚新南威尔士大学Martin Green教授、美国可再生能源国家实验室硅晶体与光伏电池研究室Wang Qi主任等国际知名光伏专家将莅临大会并做特邀报告。

住宿费自理 原则上会上安排两人合住一双人标准间。若要单间或其他要求，请提前通知秘书处。
征文要求：
1、有意在会上作口头报告的作者请于2009年10月30日前以电子邮件的方式将摘要发送给雷水金（shjlei@@ncu.edu.cn)，大会组委会初审并决定是否采纳后将于11月15日以前通知作者 。
2、大会计划会后正式出版论文集，征文截止日期2009年12月17日，要求提交电子版，可提前通过电子邮件发送给雷水金（shjlei@@ncu.edu.cn)或现场提交。截止日期后收到的
论文恕不能编入论文集。大会组委会将会对论文进行初审，被接受出版的论文将会于2010年1月30日前通知参会作者。
3、论文投稿格式：尽量用英文格式投稿
大会官方语言：英语
大会注册：
注册费外宾为US$400/人，国内代表600元/人，参会代表可在大会报到当日以现金方式注册。注册费包括学术活动、论文集，以及一些社会活动等费用，但不包括会后考察费用。
会后考察：
大会将组织会后考察，考察费用自理。考察线路如下：
新余-三清山、婺源，时间3天，费用约960元/人

Call for Papers:
Authors who would like to have oral presentation in the Symposium, please submit the abstracts of your talk to Dr. Shuijin Lei (shjlei@ncu.edu.cn) before October 30, 2009. Decision on the acceptance will be notified before November 15, 2009
Proceedings of the contributed papers will be published after the Symposium. The authors are requested to e-mail to Dr. Shuijin Lei ( shjlei@ncu.edu.cn ) or bringing in their manuscripts in English before December 17, 2009. Decision on acceptance of the submitted papers will be notified before January 30, 2010.
